I. Overview

Signal interface panel: The instrument signal and electrical signal in the control object are transferred to the signal wiring board, which provides sensor detection and actuator control signal interfaces such as AI, AO, DO, etc., facilitating the connection to form a different control system. Different wiring between the experimental board and the signal board is performed through a secure -type plug -in wire to complete various experiments in the process.

The system network is divided into three levels: monitoring network, system network and control network. The monitoring network layer realizes the interconnection of engineer stations, operator stations, advanced computing stations and system servers. Control the network layer to realize the communication stations and process communication.

1. The system network architecture is composed of the management network (MNET), system network (SNET), and control network (CNET). Management network is an optional network layer, which is used to communicate with factory -level production management systems such as MES and third -party management software. It can also implement security information publishing through the Internet to achieve advanced management and sharing of data.

2. System network connection engineer stations, operator stations, historical stations and control stations and other system nodes, support P-TO-P (peer network), C/S (client/server), P-TO-P and C /S (mixed) three network structures can quickly build a high -speed redundant network of star, ring or bus -type topology, complies with IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3U standards, and 100/1000Mbps adapt.

3. The controller used by the control network for the control station is connected to each I/O module and smart devices. It supports the star and bus structure, which is in line with IEC61158 (national standard: JB/T10308.3-2001, European standard: EN50170) , Ensure the real -time, stability, and fast of on -site communication.

4. The system network supports 20 users on real -time monitoring of target objects.

5. Engineer Station

1) It is m--nly used for system management and configuration m--ntenance and modification. This device is also equipped with RS-485/MODBUS-RTU communication interface and upper machine monitoring software.


1. The safety protection system of the device
