1. Product Introduction
This equipment adopts the new construction machinery 480 diesel engine lubrication system for anatomical processing, fully displaying the internal and external structure of the engine lubrication system (all components are complete, and the cross-sectional position is reasonable). 1. The lubrication system is dissected and each section is sprayed with different colors to fully display the internal and external structure of the engine lubrication system.
2. The panel of the teaching board is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic panels that are impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fire-proof, and moisture-proof. The surface is sprayed with primer using a special process; the panel is printed with color circuit diagrams and working principle diagrams that will never fade; students can visually compare them. Structural schematic diagram and actual object of the engine lubrication system, understand and analyze the working principle of the engine lubrication system.
3. LED lights of different colors are installed on the teaching board panel. By flashing the LED lights sequentially, the flow direction of lubricating oil in the engine oil circuit can be dynamically demonstrated.
4. There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the teaching pendant, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various circuit components of the lubrication system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

The panel part of the teaching board adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping structure, which has a beautiful appearance; the bottom part is welded with a steel structure, and the surface is spray-coated with a self-locking caster device. The base of the teaching board is equipped with a tabletop of about 40cm , convenient for placing materials, light testing instruments, etc.
6. The teaching board uses ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is transformed into 12V DC power supply through internal circuit transformation and rectification. No battery is needed, which reduces the trouble of charging. The 12V DC power supply has anti-short circuit function.
